I am Laura Kunstberga – PCC certified coach by International Coaching Federation (ICF) specialising in career coaching, leadership coaching, personal development coaching, and I support new coaches as a coach mentor.
Experience
I have experience working both with private and corporate clients across wide range of industries. My clients are high potentials, specialists, experts, different level managers and leaders and individuals striving for growth. Some examples of companies whose employees I have supported are Lufthansa, Bolt, Booking.com, Deloitte, Amazon, Printful, Gucci, Pret a Manger, Ledger among others.
Background
Prior starting my coaching practice I was working 10+ years in International professional services firms as a specialist and manager. I gained experience in project management, communication, marketing, public relations, human resources, administration, quality management and business development. This experience has given me valuable insights into international business management and gives necessary understanding of processes within organisations.
My Approach
Coaching is foundation of my approach working with clients, however I am continually adding new tools and approaches to be able to support people holistically. I have a talent for identifying and initiating transformation of subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Together we will unlock new paths for your growth that will enable you to reach your next level professionally and generally in life.
Genuine motivation
Coaching is my true calling. I feel deeply fulfilled when I see my clients succeeding — setting and achieving meaningful goals, becoming more authentic, realizing their dreams, and creating positive change in their lives and environment.
