Professional coaching session
1 hour online session
A single goal setting session for new clients or follow-up session after after completing a coaching program

Service description
One 60- to 75-minute online coaching session. A single coaching session is typically a follow-up after completing one of the other coaching programs or a goal-setting session.
A single coaching session can also serve as a discovery session to help the client identify their goals and challenges. Sometimes, that’s all the client needs – clarity on what they truly want. I can support you in gaining that clarity.
However, if there is no clear understanding of how to achieve the goal or what has been holding you back, at least three sessions are recommended. This allows us to explore habits, attitudes, beliefs, skills, actions, and identify gaps to work on, while also tracking progress over time.
Growth requires clarity, planning, effort, and consistency.

Service description
This coaching program is ideal if you want to make measurable progress in one or two areas of your life. It includes three 45- to 60-minute online coaching sessions over a period of up to two months.
We can work on personal growth by identifying and addressing gaps that need to be closed for you to become the best version of yourself. This could include setting boundaries, improving self-awareness, discovering your authentic self, setting meaningful goals, managing life/work balance, creating fulfilling relationships, or tackling any other area important to you.
Alternatively, we can focus on your career and professional life. Whether you’re facing challenges with changing positions or roles, improving communication or presentation skills, strengthening relationships with managers, peers, or employees, becoming more resilient or assertive, managing your time and priorities more effectively, or finding creative solutions to problems, I’ll be your thinking partner to help you move forward.

Six-month transformation coaching

We will meet for two online coaching sessions per month to create sustainable transformation and stay accountable to your goals.

Service description
This transformational coaching program is ideal if you are willing to go deep and are committed to making meaningful progress in your life.
Over the course of six months, we will meet for two 45- to 60-minute online coaching sessions per month.
In this program, we will create awareness around limiting and supportive beliefs, meaning, and values. We will explore blocks and challenges that are preventing you from becoming a better, more authentic version of yourself. I will guide you on a self-discovery journey, acting as your thinking partner, challenger, accountability partner, and safe space to help you better understand yourself.
To create lasting transformation and a mindset shift, time is essential. Some people experience amazing results in three months, while others may need a year or two. Everyone is different and begins their journey from a unique point.
As a coach, I can begin to observe my client’s patterns, habits, behaviors, attitudes, automatic reactions, etc., only over a period of time. Building trust and creating an environment where deeper topics can be explored requires patience. But once we reach that point, real transformation can occur!
By choosing this program, the client commits to a minimum of two online sessions per month.

Mentoring session for ICF coaches
90 minutes online session
Mentoring for ICF coaches who are obtaining or renewing ACC or PCC.
€ 175 +VAT
Service desctiption
One 75 to 90-minute online mentoring session. This mentoring session is for ICF coaches who are applying for or renewing their ACC or PCC certifications. Please bring a client to our session to demonstrate a 20- to 30-minute session, or bring a recording and transcript of a previously held session (in English or Latvian). Please book a chemistry call before commiting to mentoring so we can discuss our cooperation in more detail.
