Career coaching
Career coaching supports people to navigate their professional path more intentionally and make decisions that align with values, personality, interests and authenticity to choose or transition into occupation that gives both fulfillment and meaning.
When it comes to career coaching we go beyond the question “What job to choose?”, we explore interests, we look at strengths and weaknesses, identify underlying beliefs, patterns and blocks, challenge assumptions so the client can arrive to grounded decisions and craft realistic, motivating goals and action plans to arrive at desired position.
Career coaching supports also when desired role is landed and employee encounters day-to-day challenges, be it communication issues with others, blurred boundaries, work-life balance, imposter syndrome, obstacles to reach goals and other.
Through coaching clients create clarity about the role that matches their personality and design working life that matches who they are.
